We were approached by a private client to initially provide an assessment on the project feasibility, which developed into a 12 month construction project.
Upon completion of an initial cost assessment, we were engaged to enlist the services of further consultants and interior designers.
Our duties then involved the preparation of tender documentation, and the ultimate appointment of a contractor.
We have since managed the build on behalf of the client, and continue to value contractor submissions, and update final contract value accordingly.
